What can I say about this boy, he stole my heart.  He is not and never was destined to be a show dog but that fact that he is alive and well says a lot about his nature. 

He was the sole survivor from a litter of 4  which was a breeders worst nightmare.  His stomach was torn open and I was advised to have him pts but he so wanted to live.  Given his spirit I felt he deserved a chance so we stitched him up.  He thrived and being hand raised was spoilt and adored by all. 

It became obvious at a very early age that Payton either had to have major surgery or be pts, there was no real choice so at 9 weeks off on the plane to the specialists he went.  I am pleased to say the surgery was moderately successful. 

Payton was always destined for another home as he was never show quality but as time went on and I  turned down wonderful homes for him it become obvious that he had found his home.  I know you are not meant to have favorites but I am sure anyone who has met Payton would understand.  Payton may not have a long life but he will have a good one.
